Did you know that walking is the easiest and most popular form of physical activity among Canadians? Our Hospital’s Walking Commuter Champion, Liz Harms, said, “I like walking to work because I get more exercise. It’s also great for my mental health! If I have a stressful day or if sit for too long, I feel so much better after my walk home” explained Harms.
