Tickets Now on Sale for a Stunning Home Valued at Over $800,000

Dreaming of a brand-new home? The Fort William Rotary House Lottery is back, offering ticket buyers the chance to win a spectacular grand prize - a meticulously designed home valued at over $800,000. Built by Triad Contracting, this thoughtfully crafted home features a custom kitchen, an attached garage, and high-quality finishes throughout.

More than just a chance to win, the Fort William Rotary House Lottery helps support local charities. Every year, thousands of ticket buyers contribute to the Rotary Club of Fort William's fundraising efforts, making a meaningful impact in the community.

“The Fort William Rotary House Lottery is one of my favourite times of the year,” says Glenn Craig, President of the Fort William Rotary Club. “It's our club's biggest project, and while it takes a tremendous effort from our small but dedicated team, the impact it has on our community makes it all worthwhile. This lottery allows us to continue our tradition of supporting local charities and giving back in meaningful ways. But the most unforgettable moment is handing over the keys to the grand prize winner. Seeing their joy and knowing this home will change their life is incredibly emotional.”

In addition to the stunning grand prize home, ticket buyers have even more chances to win with ten early bird cash draws totaling $50,000. With only 20,000 tickets available, they are expected to sell quickly.

Tickets are available online at fwrotaryhouselottery.ca, at Rotary House open houses, and at the Thunder Bay 50/50 store inside Intercity Shopping Centre.

The Fort William Rotary Club is grateful for the support of the Health Sciences Foundation in helping to promote this year's 39th annual lottery.

This year's grand prize home, located at 138 Bruin Crescent in the Parkdale subdivision, is designed for comfort and style, featuring: four bedrooms (two up, two down), three four-piece bathrooms, a finished basement, and an attached garage. The bright, spacious kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave, making it ideal for entertaining. New this year: a driveway will be installed after the spring thaw.
