We're here if you need us.
While the majority of our community and country is self-isolating to avoid catching or spreading the COVID-19 Virus, Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre’s dedicated team of medical professionals are on the front line, more committed than ever to care for those in need of help. We are thankful to them and our Hospital’s clinical leaders who are making a positive difference to the health of our community while ensuring the safety of all patients, staff, physicians and volunteers.
We are also grateful to you, our generous donors, for your ongoing support of the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Foundation and our Hospital as we navigate this new reality. Your caring and support have been steadfast during this unprecedented crisis, and for that we are all so thankful.
Starting Friday, March 20th, we will be operating with reduced staff. We will keep the Donation Centre staffed and one manager will be on site. Until further notice, please do not visit us at the Hospital. Instead, we ask that you communicate with us by phone at (807) 345-4673.
If you're looking to make a donation you can do so online at www.healthsciencesfoundation.ca/donate. If you're looking to donate supplies, find information on how to do so here: healthsciencesfoundation/donate-supplies.
Please note that Foundation events, including April’s Bachelor Auction, are being rescheduled. We will be sharing these changes with you as updated information becomes available.
We know there is information overload from every direction about the COVID-19 pandemic, but we thought you might like to get the most current, accurate news from your Hospital. We’ll try to keep you as up-to-date as possible over the coming weeks.
