It is amazing what a night out with friends can do. For the third consecutive year, Vanderwees Garden Gallery hosted a Ladies Night Out featuring an evening of food, wine, fashion show, live music and hairstyling demonstrations. Over 200 women attended and participated in various activities throughout the evening, raising $9,100 for the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Foundation’s Northern Cancer Fund in support of breast cancer.
To date, Vanderwees Garden Gallery has raised over $26,000 for breast cancer through its Ladies Night Out events. Vanderwees supports many healthcare causes in our community through special events, including a mini golf tournament to support Our Hearts at Home Cardiovascular Campaign which raised over $13,000 last summer.
